Pancakes Recipe Ingredient:

250 g white flour,
250 ml milk,
2 husband eggs,
50 ml oil,
3 tablespoons sugar,
1 teaspoon grated salt,
3 sachets of vanilla sugar,
1 teaspoon baking powder

Pancakes Recipe Preparation:
In a bowl put flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder and milk. With the help of a mixer, at maximum power mix in the composition for 3-5 minutes, add the oil and mix lightly. Let the dough rest for a few minutes. With a small polish we put the composition, in the hot pan, on high heat. Bake for a few seconds on each side until they become beautiful golden.

Panna Cotta with fruit, a simple and quick dessert with whipped cream and strawberries perfect for summer days, is easily made with few ingredients and seasonal fruits, raspberries, cherries, apricots or peaches. It can be prepared in advance with a day of serving, A light, invigorating and good-looking dessert.


PANCAKES WITH CHEFIR

200mL kefir (can be replaced with sana, whipped milk)
80-85g white wheat flour (type 650 I used)
1 or chicken
1 tablespoon coconut oil + for greased pan
½ teaspoon of organic baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda

I mixed flour in a bowl with baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl I beat the egg a little and added the kefir and coconut oil over it. I incorporated the mixture from the first bowl into the second and the dough resulted, a little thicker than the classic pancake.
I greased a non-stick pan with coconut oil and heated it over low heat. I put with a small polish composition. I left it on the fire until "bubbles" formed on top and I turned. I continued until the dough was finished. 6 mini pancakes came out.
I didn't put sweetener because I served it with baby's chocolate and thawed raspberries. It can be sweetened or not, according to preferences.


Pancakes with nuttela - Recipes

I got 4-5 palms! They were very, very tasty and only good for breakfast!

I don't make them with sweetener. I add salt, pepper, oregano and eat them for breakfast with smoked salmon or chicken / turkey ham. That's how I get rid of those bran that eats my soul, I know I have to eat it in the morning. I don't eat yogurt and with the help of your recipe I get rid of the bran problem. Thank you very much.

I also made it now but I put a spoonful of bran and half a spoonful of mayonnaise and a quarter sachet of baking powder, they came out just like normal pancakes and they grew out of 2 quite large and thick.

How to make vegan banana pancakes

The issue I kept running into when recipe testing was wanting to use too much banana in the batter.

With my banana waffles recipe, I found that I had to cook them quite a long time, until very golden brown on the outside to get to the right level of cooked on the inside.

Cooking these pancakes on a gas stove, they would have been burned on the outside before I got to the right texture on the inside. The flavor was great! But it was too wet inside.

So I had to reduce the amount of banana until I used just one large banana in the batter. It & # 8217s not a lot, but it turned out to be just enough so that the pancakes have delicious banana flavor, but are still nice and light and fluffy inside, and not weighed down by too much banana.

So making the batter is just a simple case of sifting some flour into a mixing bowl and adding a little sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mixing together.

Then mash up some banana in a bowl with some coconut oil and add to the mixing bowl with some soy milk and vanilla extract and mix into a thick batter.

Heat up a pan with some coconut oil until hot and then add in about 1/4 cup of batter for your first pancake. When it starts looking a little dry along the edges with little bubbles on top then it & # 8217s time to flip it and cook it on the other side until nicely browned.

The price of this refined sugar is what matters most to Nutella producers, and the fact that it is a known neurotoxin that crosses the blood-brain barrier and destroys brain cells is neglected. Research has shown a direct link between refined sugar and depression, autism, migraines and anxiety.

Skim milk

Although dairy products are associated with images of cows grazing on vast green meadows, the reality is completely different. Nutella milk comes from cows fed vitamins and genetically modified corn and treated with antibiotics, in order to reduce costs. This eventually leads to poor quality milk.

The milk we are talking about is an odorless white liquid, obtained from powdered milk and is abundant in cholesterol.

The label may indicate that there are no artificial colors, but it does not say about the lack of natural flavors. Vanillin used in Nutella is produced in factories in China and is a potential health hazard because it can be addictive by stimulating receptors in the brain and secreting serotonin - the hormone of happiness. Like sugar, vanillin has neurotoxic properties that destroy brain cells.

If even this data does not convince you that Nutella is not what you would like your children to eat, then nothing will convince you!

Spinach leaves are very good for health and I love to include cooked recipes, especially in winter when I don't really like fresh spinach salad. Everyone trumpets the fact that spinach contains iron, but few know that iron of vegetable origin is assimilated in a proportion of only 3-10% and this process takes place in the presence of vitamin C. So if you choose to eat a spinach salad, necessarily sprinkle it with lemon juice. Despite its low iron content, spinach abounds in folate and fiber. Now let's move on to the fabulous recipe for green pancakes. From the quantities below you will get about 14 pancakes, fluffy and fine.

Ingredient:
100 g of fresh spinach
150 gr Greek yogurt
100 ml milk (I used coconut milk)
70 gr corn flour
70 gr wheat flour
1 egg tied
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
coconut / olive oil for frying

How to prepare pancakes / pancakes with spinach?

1. In a blender with a bowl, mix the spinach, egg, yogurt and milk until completely blended.
2. Transfer the liquid composition to a large bowl and then gradually add all the dry ingredients to it: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Mix with a tel.
3. Heat a pan for pancakes, grease it with a little oil (only for the first pancake) and fry the pancakes over medium to low heat, about 2 minutes on each side. See below details of the pancake frying process.

Did you see how easy they are to prepare? It's just as easy to eat! These green pancakes are delicious served in both salty and sweet versions. We tried them in combination with smoked salmon and cream cheese and caviar, but the healthier version is also delicious: with avocado cream and an optional fried egg.

Preparation

  1. The day before you plan to serve the cheesecake:
    1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Make and bake the cake crust as directed and leave it in the pan. Keep the oven on.

Beat in the cream just until completely blended. The filling will look light, creamy, airy, and almost like billowy clouds. Be careful not to overmix! Gently spoon the batter over the crust.
    4. 4. Place the cake pan in a large shallow pan containing hot water that comes halfway (about 1 inch) up the side of the springform. Bake until the edge is light golden brown, the top is light gold, and the center barely jiggles, about 1 1/4 hours. If the cake still feels soft around the edge, let it bake for 10 minutes more (the cooking time will be about the same for both the 8- and 9-inch cheesecakes). Remove the cheesecake from the water bath, transfer to a wire rack, and let cool for 2 hours (just walk away & # 8212don & # 39t move it). Then, leave the cake in the pan, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until completely cold before serving, preferably overnight or for at least 6 hours.
    1. 5. Release and remove the side of the springform, leaving the cake on the bottom of the pan. Place on a cake plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice with a sharp straight-edge knife, not a serrated one, rinsing the knife with warm water between slices. Refrigerate any leftover cake, tightly covered, and enjoy within 2 days, or wrap and freeze for up to 1 month.

    Blueberry pancakes

    Lightly beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the milk and mix well. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix until you get a composition like a flowing cream. We add blueberries. Mine were frozen and I didn't defrost them beforehand. We mix.

    Plug the Panini Maker Breville into the socket and leave it on until the hob heats up, at which point the green light will come on. Using a spoon, pour the composition of pancakes on the hot plate. I could easily fit two not very big pancakes.

    We do not put the lid on, let the pancakes bake until bubbles start to appear on the surface, at which point we turn them on the other side with a spatula.

    After turning the pancakes we can put the lid of the Panini Maker Breville device and in a few seconds the pancakes are ready.

    Place the pancakes obtained on a plate and serve them with blueberries and honey.
