Beat the egg whites, add 5 tablespoons of sugar and continue mixing until it becomes a glossy composition. Add the yolks previously mixed with the oil and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the flour with the semolina and baking powder, then incorporate it into the egg foam. The obtained mixture is poured in the shape of a round cake, lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, make the syrup: put water on the stove with the sugar and leave until it melts and decreases a little. Remove from the stove and leave to cool, then add the rose water. Now when we syrup or the top is cold and the syrup is hot or vice versa.
