Cherry cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cana faina
  • 3/4 old
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 1 vanilla essence
  • 1/2 baking powder with saffron
  • 1 bowl of frozen cherries

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar for a few minutes, until a paste is made, add the vanilla sugar, oil, vanilla essence. The flour is mixed with the baking powder and added to the composition, mixing well.

Grease a heat-resistant tray with oil or butter and add the composition. After the thawed cherries, cut them into slices and remove the seeds, add them to the cake.

Put the tray in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Powder with powdered sugar, serve cold
