Sift the flour into a bowl. In the middle of it add the salt, oil and yeast dissolved in a little water. 6. Pour the remaining oil into a pan. Put the pan on the fire.

7. Fry the cakes in a hot oil pan on both sides. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side.

8. Melt the butter. Grease the fried cakes with melted butter and cover them with a towel. Leave them covered for 10-15 minutes. Serve them with sour cream and greens.
