Concord grape puree and a homemade basil syrup complete this fizzy gin cocktail.
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Concord grape puree
- 3/4 oz Thai basil syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- Club soda
- Garnish: 2 Concord grapes
- Garnish: 2 Thai basil leaves
Add the gin, grape puree, basil syrup and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake, and pour into an Old Fashioned glass.
Top with club soda and garnish with Concord grapes and basil leaves.
