This old-school Martini goes heavy on the vermouth.
- 1 oz Plymouth gin
- 1 oz Noilly Prat dry vermouth
- 1 dash Regans Orange Bitters No. 6
- Garnish: lemon peel
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel and/or a small Spanish olive without pimento.
