To get the perfect taste of barbecue we chose to use one Regis Stone Copper Griddle Pan, which helps us cook the pieces of pork ribs without a drop of oil and without fear that they might stick. Put the pan on the heat and add the slices of meat.
Although we obtained a viscous sauce, it does not stick and does not burn when cooked, thanks to the triple non-stick layer of the pan, which helps us to cook healthy, tasty and good-looking!
We make sure to brown the pieces of pork ribs on both sides and, when everything is ready, we place them nicely on a plate or plate. In the meantime I used 24 CM Regis Stone Copper Pan pan to make some delicious potatoes, with just a few tablespoons of oil!
