Very easy to make and very tasty. Childhood memories!

  • 400 g of fusilli paste
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • salt

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Fusilli with breadcrumbs:

Brown the breadcrumbs with 3 tablespoons of oil until golden and leave to cool.

When cold, mix with sugar and cinnamon.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Pass under a stream of cold water and drain.

Put 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and heat.

Put the pasta in the hot oil and mix a few times.

Put the browned breadcrumbs and mix a few times on the fire.

Set aside, mix well and you're ready.
