To make linguine with pumpkin and lemon sauce you need about 400 grams of pasta, three bigger but fresh pumpkins, two cloves of garlic, peel and juice of one lemon, a teaspoon of powdered lemon hot peppers (or sweet, to your liking), fresh basil leaves, three tablespoons of oil and four tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
