Luckily I don't have to work in the kitchen today! I planned a pen-pen so I have time to post recipes!
- 4 slices of pork
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pork steak with rosemary and garlic:
Put all the ingredients in a zippered bag (the bag that closes tightly if you do not use a larger bag that can be tied) and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
They can be cooked in the oven, fried in a pan or on the grill (I recommend).
1 kg of pork
3 green onions
3 tablespoons broth
500 ml of water
8 cloves of garlic
5 tablespoons olive oil
Grease the pork with oil and put it in a pan (it is good to grease with oil and the pan before putting the meat). The meat is breaded with 4 cloves of garlic and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste!
Put all the chopped vegetables (onion and carrot) in the pan. You grind the rest of the garlic. In a bowl put water with crushed garlic, thyme, paprika and rosemary and broth.
This sauce is put over the meat. Put the tray in the preheated oven and keep it on low heat. Leave it until the meat is browned - about an hour (check that it is done inside). During this time, turn it over and sprinkle it with the sauce from the tray!
Pork steak it is a delicious dish. Garnish this steak with vegetables or mashed potatoes. Serve hot but sprinkled with the sauce in the pan!

- 2 kg of pork neck
- 100 g of prunes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme tip
- 30-40 ml of wine
- a head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil

For the beginning we will prepare the spice mixture: salt, thyme and rosemary we put them in a bowl and mix them. Thyme and rosemary are dried by me, we break them a little in my hand. Their aroma becomes much more intense.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the meat, in abundance. Turn the meat on both sides.

Baking for pork steak on the tray
Put the tray in the oven at maximum heat for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 220 degrees Celsius for 1 hour and a half, top-down fire with ventilation, for electric ovens, almost maximum fire for gas ovens.
Mmmmm it smells good! My house was filled with good aroma! The fire is burning in the fireplace, the cats are roaring in the heat, Lisa, my dear puppy, is following me everywhere and it's as if she can't wait for a piece of steak.
After 1 hour and a half we check the steak, to see if it is well penetrated. We prick it lightly with a knife or a fork: if it penetrates easily and the juice does not come out, the meat is ready and we can leave it to brown.
Remove the aluminum foil and pour the wine on top, leave the fire at 230-240 degrees, until it browns nicely on top. With a spoon, sprinkle another piece of meat with sauce from the pan.

Make a notch on the surface of the meat but also in depth and insert the dried fruits, garlic cloves, rosemary, pistachios.
