A simple pasta pudding with ham and some mushrooms ...
- 300 g paste
- 200 g of ham
- 10-12 fresh mushrooms suitable
- 3 eggs
- 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
- 3-4 tablespoons grated cheese
- salt, pepper, basil, vegeta
- finely chopped parsley
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta pudding with mushrooms and ham:
Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain, rinse with cold water and mix with 3 tablespoons of oil.
Over them we add in turn: sliced mushrooms and ham or cubes, grated cheese, parsley, sour cream and beaten eggs and mixed with spices.
Put the composition in a bowl and give
bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot with lettuce, grated cheese on top or sprinkled with sour cream.
