RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed eggs:
Boil eggs, clean, cut in half. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and mix with the pate, with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mustard and season with salt and pepper. With the obtained mixture, fill the egg whites and return to the plate with the filling side down. The remaining mayonnaise is mixed with sour cream and poured over the stuffed eggs. It is decorated with cucumbers, donuts, parsley ... depending on everyone's imagination.
