Grate the cheese on a small grater. Keep 4 tablespoons of grated cheese separately to decorate the muffins.
Mix the rest of the grated cheese well with: eggs, salt, sugar, cream and oil. (Initially I wanted to use only two eggs, but then the density of the composition led me to add one more.)
Gradually incorporate the flour mixed with baking powder.
Put two tablespoons of each composition in each muffin tin and decorate with grated cheese kept for this purpose.
Put the muffin tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes, over medium heat, until they grow and brown nicely.
When the muffins are browned, take them out of the oven and they can already be served.
They are very good and cold.
