Since when am I preparing for something like this! It was love at first sight, when I found them looking for special recipes for appetizers. And now, I have seized the right opportunity!

  • - 20 whole eggshells
  • - 300 g Mexican vegetables, frozen
  • - 150 g smoked chicken breast
  • - 1000 ml of water
  • - 2 sachets of gelatin granules (20g)
  • - salt

Servings: 10

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

When you use whole eggs, you only break as much as a 10 penny coin and carefully empty the contents. Wash the shells thus obtained well and put them to dry. Put the vegetables to boil in water (about 750ml) with salt, until they boil. Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Put the gelatin soaked in 250 ml of cold water, until it swells, then leave it on low heat until it liquefies, being careful not to boil it (if it boils, cut it!). Allow the gelatin to cool.

When the vegetables are cooked, strain them and leave the soup to cool. Mix gelatin with soup. Fill the eggshells with vegetables and chicken breast, about 1/3 and complete with soup. Let the eggs cool for about 3 hours. When you want to serve them, peel them carefully and place them on cheese slices.

Seven traditional Romanian dishes that you can't help but notice.

1. To start, prepare the eggshell. At the top of each we break it and carefully make a hole about 1.5-2 cm in diameter. Turned upside down, we carefully try to remove the egg whites and yolks. These will be used for other dishes. We put the washed peel to dry.
2. Soak the gelatin in 30 ml of water for 10 min.
3. We can take chicken soup when we make a soup, or simply when we prepare a salad and we need chicken breast, we boil it in water. From there we will take as much as we need.
4. Finely chop all the ingredients and put them in the following way, in all the eggshells proportionally: bell peppers, parsley, ham, corn, bell peppers and a little more parsley until the egg is full.
5. Put the gelatin in a large bath and chew until it melts, but be careful not to boil it, otherwise it will not be good.
6. Salt the chicken soup, add the boiled gelatin, chew and pour over the ingredients in the eggs.
7. Let cool for at least 3 & ndash hours. We peel them like boiled eggs, just be careful not to use our nails but our finger pads, so as not to spoil their shape.

The school where the eggs are taught

Lucia told me about the International Museum of Scrambled Eggs in Moldovita, which she had thought of and raised step by step, on her own, in the heart of Bukovina, and about her plans to host an International Summer School of “enclosed eggs. A place where people come to learn to decorate eggs, to decipher the pre-Christian symbols hidden in the lines drawn on the small ovoid jewels, to admire the wonders of the Upper Country and to understand something of the soul and legends of the Hutus, those who are a few everyone, they are gathered here, at the end of Romania.

Lucia Condrea's summer school is a reality where people from all over the world come, just as the Moldovita hearth museum is recognized as unique in the world by the artistic value of the exhibits and how, also on her initiative, it was born on Flower Sunday, a Festival of decorated eggs, as a reverence for this disturbing symbol that heralds Easter.

"As a child, my passions turned to art: I drew, I painted, I decorated eggs, I weaved, I sewed tapestries, I learned tailoring alone, and in high school I was a folk music soloist. All this made me gather part of the treasure of this nation, folk art and, years later, that shy child who was to craft unique works of the Hutu ethnic group, which will amaze the world, says Lucia Condrea, with a smile to the memories childhood.

Nowhere is the decorated egg raised to the rank of art as in Bucovina

Faberge eggs - cool and brightly colored

"Everyone has heard of the famous Faberge eggs so delicate and exceptionally executed by the jewelers of the time, that over time they ended up being sold for tens of millions of dollars! Once upon a time, these objects of art hid inside a piece that was intended to produce an extraordinary surprise to the one to whom it was offered.

Well, as described in the trends in gastronomy in recent years, masters of culinary art everywhere are trying to transpose into the kitchen fragments of the great art of the world. That's how the Faberge kitchen replica was invented, which can be made with food ingredients available to anyone.

Cool and brightly colored, they bring an interesting accent between the other appetizers and are not even hard to prepare! & # 8211 our specialists assure us Aviputna .

Ingredients for Faberge eggs

250 grams of turkey breast, one red and one yellow pepper, a few tablespoons of peas and a few grains of corn, whole parsley leaves, 25 grams of gelatin, a cup of concentrated chicken soup, beef or any other favorite meat, 2 hard boiled eggs. An egg formwork is also required.

Prepare the eggshells. To do this, wash the whole eggs, cut them with a knife at the more convex end so as to result in a hole with a diameter of 2 cm. Their contents are evacuated and can be used in other preparations. Gently wash the emptied eggs in this way and leave them to dry with the "mouth" down.

Cut the turkey breast and pepper into small cubes and mix lightly with the peas, corn, diced hard-boiled eggs and whole parsley leaves.

The gelatin is prepared separately as we do for other preparations: soak it in 40 grams of cold water for 5-8 minutes in a bowl, then put the bowl on a steam bath until the gelatin dissolves completely. Mix lightly with the pre-prepared soup, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 4

Pour into the drained egg shapes and place in the pre-prepared formwork. Refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, then peel carefully to keep the egg shape intact. We assure you that the success of this appetizer is guaranteed, especially since they are extremely tasty and do not have many calories! ” - points out our interlocutors, the creators of the brand "Din Ogradă", internationally awarded for taste and quality.

Fabergé stone flowers!

Carl Fabergé's most famous works are, of course, the famous Easter eggs. However, jewelry experts consider its flowers a true masterpiece.

& # 8220The genealogical tree & # 8221 of refined Fabergé flowers has oriental roots. The company's chief master, Franz Birbaum, left a written testimony: & # 8220For the first time we paid attention to this branch of Chinese art when a bouquet of chrysanthemums was brought to us for repair & # 8230 this work made an extraordinary impression & # 8221.

The restoration of the Chinese bouquet was the beginning of the precious herb. Enthusiastic, Fabergé began to invent his own floral arrangements.

He paid special attention to any occupation: a greenhouse was built to grow model plants for stone bouquets. Fabergé's work album with such detailed photographs of live flowers, including these tears for the famous basket, has been preserved.

Fabergé designers often repeated the rose, the tears, the scorch, the raspberries and the dandelions. The vases were almost always made of mountain crystal, the transparency of which created the illusion of a container filled with water. The stems, most often, were of gold, with special engraving. The leaves were made of jade, exquisitely shaped, or enamelled. The flowers, as a rule, were not marked, being too fragile. Fabergé platinum was also not marked.

The stem of the famous dandelion is made of gold and the leaves are jade. But the most amazing thing is that at the ends of the silver stamens is natural dandelion down. Even jewelers do not yet understand how Fabergé managed to fix the delicate fluff, which breaks at the slightest touch.

But even this was not enough for the master, the dandelion is sprinkled with small diamonds, which, in the case of proper lighting, shine like morning dew.

Scientists have long doubted the naturalness of fluff. An expert was invited to the museum and confirmed that it was real down and indicated the date of collection. Which identified a rarity with the year of production.

The pansy or tricolor viola is the only flower in the Fabergé world equipped with a mechanism with miniature portraits. The flower was made in 1904 and given as a gift by Nicholas II to his wife, Empress Alexandra, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of their marriage. When the button is pressed, the flower petals open and small portraits of the daughters and sons of the imperial family are seen.

Jewelry connoisseurs say, "You have to see this and then you can die."

Lucia Condrea turns eggs into jewelry. Faberge eggs tell fabulous stories

It grew between signs and colors: the high colors of each season, the strong, vivid shades, specific to the Hutus, the popular patterns encrypted, embroidered on costumes, carpets or towels. And from here began the thrill of beauty in her soul and the thought of changing every dream into refined artistic signs.

Fabergé eggs can be seen at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London

Over 200 creations by Carl Fabergé, organized in three sections, will be presented to visitors expected to cross the threshold of the V & ampA museum starting with November of this year.

One of the sections is dedicated to the Romanovs, the imperial family of Russia, whose official jeweler was Carl Fabergé. Here you can admire the gifts that members of the Russian imperial family made to each other, such as the miniature prayer book that Tsar Nicholas II gave to his wife, Peasant Alexandra Feodorovna, on the day of the coronation. , or the diamond and aquamarine tiara received as a gift from Princess Alexandra of Hanover on the day of her marriage to Frederick Francis IV, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Schwerin.

Another section of the exhibition presents Fabergé's work in London, the city where the famous jeweler opened his only workshop outside Russia in 1903. The aura of mystery and brilliance with which Fabergé knew how to surround himself attracted many of the rich and influential people of the period, from the Maharaji to the newly enriched America, who traveled enormous distances to come to the boutique in London and and order your favorite jewelry.

In the good tradition of controversies in which royal houses are often involved, in this section you can admire the cigarette case that King Edward of Great Britain received from his mistress, Mrs. George Keppel. Decorated with a gold and diamond snake that bites its tail, the cigarette holder is the messenger of endless love.

The most famous jewels made by Fabergé, Imperial Easter Eggs, have reserved their own chapter in the exhibition that will be open to the public in November. The largest egg in the imperial series, The Moscow Kremlin Egg, and Alexander Palace Egg, which contains watercolor portraits of the children of Tsar Nicholas II, can be admired.

Created five years before the assassination of the Romanov family, the Tricentennial Egg, which marked the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty, will also be on display in the exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Fabergé worked about 50 eggs for the Russian imperial house. In 1917, after the fall of the tsarist empire, Fabergé eggs were scattered in all corners of the world. Hunting Fabergé Easter eggs has become a very real undertaking with extremely consistent rewards.

Since 1920, 43 of Fabergé's eggs have been identified, the last of which was accidentally discovered in a flea market in 2014 and later sold at auction for a whopping $ 33 million. This is the third Fabergé Easter egg, which Tsar Alexander gave as a gift to his wife in 1887.
