It is a good and healthy pilaf and it is made very quickly.

  • 1 / 2Kg of rice
  • a large onion
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 carrots
  • or celery root (small)
  • a big donut
  • 3 tablespoons oil, a cube of butter
  • a vegetable spoon
  • 1/2 Kg spinach
  • a few mushrooms ... or opintics

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Chop the onion and leek, add the celery and carrots through a large grater, cut the donut into thin slices and then put them all in the pan and add the oil in which we add the well-washed rice and mushrooms. Separately, boil the spinach and add it over the rice. Transfer it all to a pot greased with butter, add 2 cups of water and vegeta and put it in the oven uncovered. After about 1/2 hour, cover with a lid and turn off the heat, leaving the pilaf in the oven for another 15 minutes.
