RECIPE PREPARATION "Mad" pizza:
Countertop:
- - over the flour put water, oil, a pinch of salt, oregano and basil
- - rub the yeast with the sugar until it softens and pour over the flour
- - knead the dough well and leave it to rise in a warm room, covered with a towel (I put the tar directly on the radiator)
- - when the dough has risen, divide it in two
- -take a half of the dough from which a sheet is spread, and put it in a tray over the baking paper
- - grease with sauce (described below) and sprinkle the topping over:
Topping:
- - cut all the ingredients into cubes and grate the cheese on a large grater
- - it is placed on the pizza top, leaving the case to be the last layer
- - Sprinkle a little sauce on top
Sauce:
- - Knor powder is mixed with water, on the fire, and chewed until smooth
- - Add oregano and basil for taste
- - grease the pizza top with sauce
The pizza is then placed in the hot oven, and left for approx. 30 min.
We served it with mulled wine!
