The meat is cut into slices. Cover each slice with plastic wrap and beat, then put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese inside, then roll.

We prepare 3 dishes: in a deep one we beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper, and in the other two, we put the flour and the breadcrumbs separately. Proceed as for the slices as follows: pass each roll of meat through flour, egg, breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil, over medium heat, on both sides.

Simple, right? When they are ready, we take them out in a bowl in which we placed absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.

It can be served with a garnish of potatoes (fried, puree, etc.) or a green salad with tomatoes.
