For the dough mix the lard with the flour, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the egg yolks and mix. Then add the cream to obtain a homogeneous and elastic dough. For the cheese filling, the yolks of the 4 eggs mix well with the sugar and the vanilla sugar with the mixer. I added the pudding powder, sweet cheese and sour cream mixing to blend. Beat the egg whites well with a pinch of salt and add to the cream cheese. We obtained the obtained composition on the countertop already placed in the tray and we cover everything with the other half of the remaining dough. We prick the dough from here and there with a fork, and we put the tray in the preheated oven.
