- 300g plums
- 50ml water
- 60g old
- 25g butter
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 300g creamy yogurt
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Yogurt with caramelized plums:
The plums are creased and caramelized as in the "caramelized plums" recipe posted.
Leave to cool and then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
In a large glass put yogurt, caramelized plums, and yogurt, and again caramelized plums.
Top with caramelized plums.
If you do not want a refreshing (cold) dessert, use the ingredients at room temperature
