Love this! I've had these at a The Apple Barn in Pidgeon Forge,TN. Not sure if the recipe is exact but it sure comes close(didn't use mint)~might try it with a drop or two of rum flavored extract. Delicious!-13 Mar 2007

I first had this old time southern drink at the Apple Barn in Tennessee. On those hot Arizona desert days this is the cool refreshing drink to have after a long day of herding cattle.-18 Oct 2010

Serving Ideas .

Want to make this fancy when you serve it? Have fresh lemon (or orange) slices available and put in each glass. Then add a stir stick - a stick of cinnamon to each glass as well.

This punch is only as good as the juice you use. Try to use fresh juice. Using cheap frozen or canned juices will turn out a normal tasting punch. But if you want something that will impress your taste buds and your guests, go for fresh!

Also, be considerate of your guests. If this is a formal affair and everyone's dressed fancy, stay away from the darkly colored juices. (Stains are never nice.) Use light-colored juices instead. Parents, especially, will be grateful.

Since you are serving this non-alcoholic punch recipe hot, use glasses or glass mugs that have handles on them. That way, it's easier to drink and serve.

What goes in Fruit Punch

Here’s what goes into this Celebration Fruit Punch. It’s the cranberry juice that gives it that beautiful bright red colour!

Alcohol is 100% optional. It’s just as fabulous with and without. In fact, I make punch so you can’t taste the alcohol – so in theory, there’s not any difference in flavour!

You’ll love how this fruit punch has a nice sparkling fizz – and that it’s more refreshing than sweet!

And here’s the fruit I put in it – for colour, dramatic presentation and all round punch drinking experience!

Fruit Punch Recipe

The temps have been pretty warm here in AZ and I am ready to do some outdoor entertaining. One of my favorite things to do is play hostess and entertain my family and friends. There is always good food and a fun time to be had by all. Everyone that comes to our house knows that there will be a delicious drink ready for them when they arrive. I’ve got a lot of easy party punch recipes that are tried and true, but it’s fun to also come up with some new recipes every once in a while.

I was going to be getting together with some girlfriends and wanted to make them a delicious party punch. A fruit punch recipe was definitely in order. Everyone loves a good fruit punch, adults and kids alike. I knew some of us would have our littles there and they all gave it the thumbs up.

Since I don’t drink, I don’t add alcohol to my party punches. But this recipe could easily change from mocktail to cocktail by adding your favorite sparkling wine instead of the ginger ale or lemon lime soda.

I think my favorite thing about this punch is the frozen fruit that is added. Not only does it make it taste delicious, but it makes it look lovely too!

Easy Fruit Punch Recipe

Making up an easy party punch for a get together is always a good idea, but sometimes I like to make a delicious drink just for fun. And sometimes it’s just for me!

Classic Party Fruit Punch Drink

This easy fruit punch drink recipe has sooooo much history with me. A pure classic! It is the fruit punch that my mother made for EVERYTHING! Birthday parties, baby showers, holidays, school parties you name it and this fruit punch was there! Aside from this being one insanely quick & easy fruit punch recipe, it is very addictive. I can sit and watch folks down several cups without even noticing it. It’s amazing how much punch people drink.

Whenever I make this fruit punch drink I always double or triple the recipe, especially if there will be kids around. This punch is a kid magnet and my husbands favorite. God forbid I try a new punch recipe because his whole world just comes crashing down.

I can’t say I blame him though. This fruit punch drink is fruity, sweet, lightly fizzy & very refreshing! It’s the kind of fruit punch that makes you just gulp it down without stopping and then let out a loud “aaaaahhhhh” after finishing it…..And now I’ve made myself thirsty! Off to have a cold glass of fruit punch!

NOTE* Allow this fruit punch to sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving to let the flavors mingle. It tastes even better when you make it a day ahead.
