  • 1 head of carp and 1 head of trout

  • 2 white onions
  • 1 celery root
  • 2 root parsley
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 50 g of rice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt pepper

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Bring water to a boil. When the water boils, add the finely chopped onion. Finely chop the vegetables and cook in a tablespoon of oil then put in a pot of water. Bring to the boil, then add the diced potatoes and the washed rice in some water. When they are cooked, add the fish heads and tails and let them boil for about 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, a tablespoon of tomato paste and homemade borscht. Sprinkle with dried larch.
