- 400 g biscuits
- 500 g mascarpone, 500 ml fresh
- 200 ml freshly brewed coffee (0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon is added to the boil & # 8211 optional)
- 12 tangerines, 100 g powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons sugar (tangerine syrup)
- 3 tablespoons sugar (tangerine filling)
Method of preparation:
The tray (use a detachable one & # 8211 24 or 26 cm) is covered with baking paper. Boil 200 ml of coffee with 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon and leave to cool.
