- 1 kg small potatoes
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Aromatic baked potatoes:
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in salted water for 20 minutes, draining well.
Put a little oil in a tray and put the potatoes and roll them to grease on all sides with oil.
Sprinkle with vegeta, pepper and rosemary on all sides.
Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes and return from time to time.
Near the end, you can put finely chopped dill over the potatoes if you don't have whimsy like me.
When they are nicely browned on all sides they are ready.
I ate them with some fried liver and donuts in the sauce.
