Put in a saucepan on the fire 100 ml of water with 150 gr. Sugar and 50 gr. Cocoa, get a thicker syrup and let it cool.

Rub the soft butter with the rest of the sugar, add the yolks, the cooled syrup, the rest of the cocoa and the flavors.

Refrigerate half of the composition because it is cream and in the rest we add flour and beaten egg whites.

It is put in a deep shape, I used a pot with higher walls and I wallpapered the rest of the composition with baking paper.

Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Turn off the oven and leave it inside with the door ajar until the countertop has cooled completely (usually in the evening).

When it is cold, cut the top in half and fill it with the cream left in the fridge.

Melt the chocolate in liquid cream and when it has cooled enough, place it on top of the cake.

I garnished it with whipped cream and white chocolates.
