How do we prepare a sugar-free biscuit recipe?
For the 100 ml of juice we will need two sweet apples. We wash them, peel them, then put them on the large grater.
We squeeze them, and we will strain the juice obtained in a glass.
In a bowl, place the cold butter on the large grater. Over butter we will put apple juice, egg yolks, sour cream, vanilla and flour (the amount of flour varies slightly depending on how big the eggs are).

This is a delicious cake with cheese and fruit that does not need an oven!
Ingredients for the cake cookie base:
200 gr of popular biscuits or anything else, hard and dry to be

500 g of light philadelphia cheese
240 ml of whipped cream
8 g of gelatin
80 grams of powdered sugar
the juice of half a lemon
4 tablespoons whipped cream.
Ingredients for strawberry jelly:
250 g of strawberries
60 grams of sugar
the juice of half a lemon
4 g of gelatin.
Melt the butter and finely chop the biscuits. Mix everything until the biscuits and butter are well incorporated. Put in a cake tin, 22 cm in diameter, baking paper. Wallpaper well with a spoon, the composition of biscuits. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the filling, put the gelatin in the water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, add the cold cream. In a bowl, mix the Philadelphia cheese with the powdered sugar. Add the cheese composition over the whipped cream, add the lemon juice and mix well with a wooden spoon. Heat the 4 tablespoons of liquid cream in a small pot and add the gelatin over it. Stir, take the shape of the cake from the refrigerator and pour the whole composition over the biscuit base. Level well and leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight. After the 6 hours have passed, prepare the jelly.
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.
Cut the strawberries into pieces, put them in a small pot with the sugar. Add the lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until the strawberries leave their own juice. Beat the composition well with a vertical mixer, add gelatin, mix again and pour the jelly over the prepared cake. Refrigerate for another hour. After we let this hour pass, we take the cake out of the form and serve it.

250 gr simple biscuits
250 gr sugar
100 gr butter
50 gr cocoa + a little cocoa (or chocolate powder) for foil
75 gr roasted walnuts (or raisins soaked in warm water or 2 teaspoons instant coffee)
120 ml of milk
rum essence (or rum)
Preparation sausage biscuits
- Crush the biscuits by hand until you get the small pieces. Mix with walnuts (or raisins) cut into small pieces, if using.
- Put 60 ml of milk and sugar in a saucepan and boil until a bound syrup is made (about 1 minute after the syrup starts to froth).
- Add the butter and stir until it melts.
- Add cocoa (and coffee if using) dissolved in 60 ml of milk. Add the rum essence. Let it boil.
- Gradually pour the syrup over the biscuits, stirring from time to time until you see that the biscuits bind and soften a little. You may not need all the syrup.
- Sprinkle a little cocoa (or chocolate powder) on a plastic wrap and put half of the composition. Roll tightly into a roll and push both ends out of the salami. Tie tightly at both ends and refrigerate the biscuit salami for a few hours or overnight. Repeat with the rest of the composition.
- Cut the biscuit salami into slices and serve.
3. Put the syrup over the biscuits
Peel an apple and cut it into thin slices, as well as cut some thin slices of pumpkin and the size of apples.
In a saucepan, melt the 60 g of butter and 100 g of sugar until it takes on a slightly golden color, and then put the apple and pumpkin slices to caramelize a little, a few minutes, then take them out and place them nicely on the bottom of a tray ( round) wallpaper with baking paper and pour over the remaining caramel in the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.

When the composition is well homogenized, pour it over the apple and pumpkin slices and put it in the oven (preheated) over medium heat, for about 40-50 minutes, until it starts to come off the edge of the tray.
After baking, slowly pour it on the tray, leave it to cool and garnish with whipped cream to taste, it can be served without whipped cream only powdered with a little powdered sugar.

Chocolate chip cake
Put 300 ml of milk and sugar in a saucepan over low heat (if you have a double-bottomed saucepan, do not stick the cream).
In a bowl, mix the rest of the milk with the 4 tablespoons of starch, mixing well with a thin cloth to dissolve the starch well.
Remove from the heat and then melt the chocolate for about 2 minutes in the microwave (checked every 30 seconds), then incorporate it into the cream and mix. At the end we add 1 teaspoon of rum essence (optional).
