Peel the boiled potatoes, cut them in half and remove the core. Place them in the oven tray and add in turn to each potato that I have previously salted and peppered, a slice of ham, cheese, bacon, onion, tomato and a pinch of butter. Leave the tray in the oven until golden brown and try to put an egg yolk or egg white in each potato and put it back in the oven until the egg thickens.
