This is one of the simplest recipes for preparing rabbit meat but with a unique taste in delight.
- half rabbit (back)
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 packet of butter
- 100 ml of olive oil
- thyme / Italian herbs
- 6-7 cloves garlic

RECIPE PREPARATION Rabbit on the tray:
Wash the meat well so that no fluff remains on it, portion it (which results in 2 cups and 2 pieces back because I portioned the back in 2), put it in the pan, add the spread tomatoes, cut the butter and add cubes throughout the tray. After all this, season the meat with salt, pepper and herbs, the cloves of garlic cracked in the head come and they are scattered, we add water then on top of the olive oil, then we put the tray on the right heat. Along the way we add 2-3 cups of water when we notice that it has decreased, so that the meat comes out tender and tasty.
