  • 500 g large black olives (Mammoth)
  • 1 piece of pork meat or any other kind of meat you want
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil
  • thyme

RECIPE PREPARATION Olives with pork and sauce:

Cut the meat into pieces. Put a pan on the fire, with oil, add the meat, let it penetrate a little on both sides, add the finely chopped onion, cook the meat and onion well together, then add the olives and 2 cups of water. Let it boil well until the meat is tender. At the end add salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaves and broth. Let it boil and you can serve it with polenta :) and / or pickles.
