Let the sheets thaw. Wash the apples and put them on the large grater. Put them in a pan on the fire with the sugar, harden until soft. Then add the cinnamon and vanilla sugar, leave to cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. When it's ready, take it out and cover it with a napkin for about 15 minutes.
