We want to offer you the recipe for beef stew with cream sauce. The meat comes out very tender, and the sauce - incredibly tasty. It is very easy to prepare: put all the ingredients in the tray and forget about them. It is very comfortable! We guarantee that the result will not disappoint you!

INGREDIENT:

- ground black pepper - to taste.

-250 g of fermented cream

-a teaspoon of French mustard

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Cut the beef into pieces like a goulash.

2.Cut the onions in half moons.

3. Grease a deep, heat-resistant bowl with oil (we used a 2.5-liter hyena glass bowl). Put the meat and onion in it. Add salt and ground black pepper.

4. Mix everything very well and press the obtained composition. Cover the dish with a lid and place it in the preheated oven at 180 ° C. Bake the stew for 2 hours.

5.Prepare the sauce: combine the cream with the mustard and the flour. Mix very well. If you want, you can replace the fermented cream with sweet cream (for cooking).

6. In 2 hours, remove the meat from the oven and pour the sauce over it. Mix very well.

7. Cover the bowl with the lid and place in the oven for another 30 minutes.

The fine stew is ready! Serve with any garnish. Today we served it with pasta. If you want to prepare it from pork, turkey or chicken, you need to reduce the cooking time: without sauce - 60 minutes and with sauce - 20 minutes.

Pasta with beef, cooked in the oven

It is a variant of food, with special flavors, of pasta cooked in the oven. That, to vary, but I like more the pasta version with ragu sauce (recipe HERE).

Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lg tomato paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lgr oregano
  • 250 g paste
  • salt and pepper, 4 allspice berries
  • 2-3 lg oil for frying
  • 500 g fresh tomatoes or 400 g canned


PREPARATION:
1. Wash the beef, squeeze it and cut it into cubes for a mouthful or two. Heat two tablespoons of oil in the pan that does not burn and fry them on all sides, stirring. Put them in a bowl in which it will boil (enough water to pass 2-3 over it) for 2 and a half hours over low heat together with the cloves, the bay leaf and 5 allspice seeds. Fill with water if necessary.

2. Add if you need 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan in which you fried the meat and cook over medium heat, about 5-8 minutes, diced onion and pepper.

4. If the tomatoes are fresh, grow them crosswise at the top and burn them in hot water for 1 minute, then peel them lightly. Then put them on the grater or in a blender. It goes faster with a can of chopped tomatoes that you put in the blender. Add the tomatoes to the pan and let them simmer for about 10-15 minutes with 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. In this sauce put oregano and ground pepper. The sauce will decrease, so be careful, just put salt at the end. Stop the fire.
3. When the meat is almost ready, boil the pasta for a maximum of 5 minutes in salted water and drain. Put the pasta in salted water, after the water starts to boil. Stop a cup of pasta water.
4. In a ceramic or yena bowl, put them all, mix them, fill them if necessary with spaghetti water, enough to cover well the large ingredients, bowl shields and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for half an hour.

Spaghetti with canned beef and broth is among my favorite recipes because it is a recipe that is prepared very quickly and easily, in the sense that if you do not want to spend a lot in the kitchen this recipe will help you.

The sauce made from beef and broth can be mixed with spaghetti, as I did, but it can also be served over spaghetti.

I chose to mix the spaghetti with the sauce formed because if the dish is not served on the same day, the spaghetti will dry, and I don't like it anymore.

Ingredients spaghetti with canned beef and broth

  • the canned beef
  • 150 ml broth
  • 1 onion
  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • a little bit of oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation

Put a pan with a teaspoon of salt and boiling water for spaghetti.

When the water has started to boil, add the spaghetti, and let it boil for about 7-8 minutes.

After the spaghetti has drained, add it over the beef and broth sauce, mix well and serve.
