The first time we wash the rice in cold water and boil it by selecting the "BOIL" function of the appliance for about 20 minutes.
Then cut the onion and put it in a little oil in the pot of the appliance, selecting "FRY. Add the carrots, celery, parsley (root) and postarnac (all cut into cubes). Leave for another 10 minutes adding water if it has dropped too much.
Add the zucchini, rice and add enough water to cover them, selecting "STEW".
Leave until all the vegetables are ready, add salt and pepper and chopped parsley.
