Tuna bread with shrimp

Drain the tuna and pour into the robot bowl. Add the tomato paste, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, sour cream and gradually the eggs.

Mix well to obtain a homogeneous composition. Add the grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Peel the shrimp.

Grease a cake tin.

Pour half of the preparation, place the shrimp cut in 2 lengthwise and cover with the rest of the preparation.

Bake in the oven in a bain-marie at 180 ° for 1 hour (cover with aluminum foil after 30 minutes).

Allow to cool.

Cut it into slices and serve naturally or with a lettuce.

Keep refrigerated.
