In a bowl sift the flour, make a hole and add the yeast and cup of hot water. Leave it to rise for about 10 minutes, and then, with the rest of the ingredients, knead the dough and leave it to rise in a place away from cold air currents.
Meanwhile, peel the apples and the spine, pass them through a grater and leave them in a sieve to drain the juice formed.
When the dough has risen enough, divide it into two halves, taking care to keep separately a small piece of dough that we will use at the end. From each half of the dough, roll out a sheet of pie, fill it with part of the amount of grated apple, mixed with sugar and cinnamon, roll it and place it in a narrow tray (I used cake). Do the same with the second half of the dough. From the remaining one, we spread a small sheet, cut it into strips about one cm wide, and place them from place to place over the prepared pies. Put them in the oven until they are nicely browned, grease them with beaten egg together with the yogurt and leave them for about 10-15 minutes. The pie gradually cools in the oven. We serve it with gusto!
