Bring water to a boil in a larger pot. When the water boils, add a little salt and pasta. Boil them according to the manufacturer's instructions (I mean the necessary time), drain them well and put them in a large bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil and mix gently & ndash will not stick as they cool. In a small bowl, mix light mayonnaise with yogurt and a little pepper (preferably freshly ground). Peel and wash the bell peppers, cut them into strips and place them over the cooled pasta.
Cut cucumbers and red onions into thin slices (preferably with a grater). Cut the tomatoes into slices and the ham into strips. Put the vegetables and ham over the pasta, add the mayonnaise and yogurt sauce and mix well, well. Season with salt and pepper.
